Our Organisation:
The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England. We are responsible for promoting and developing the game at all levels; from grass roots through to the professional game, The FA Cup and the England International teams, and has two core assets: Wembley Stadium and St George’s Park.
The Role:
Co-ordinate all elements of the administration for The Premier League / English Football League Cardiological Screening Programme (CSP) for all u15 and u16 Premier League, Championship and Division 1 & 2 registered academy players.
Key Accountabilities:
• Review all u15 and u16 registered academy player cardiac screens on the CSP and their correct storage onto Ultralinq
• Ensure player details are correct and amend and update where necessary
• Audit the screenings prioritise own workload to ensure the CSP runs efficiently and that partaking clubs and cardiologists are well supported from an administrative point of view
Essential Skills:
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
• Interest in football
• Working in an elite sporting environment (administration)
• Medical Terminology (AMSPAR or equivalent)
