Overview of the roles:

We have vacancies for a Football Development Manager, Football Development Officer and Business Administrator to support football across the County of Lincolnshire.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be managing the Football Development team, delivering disability and inclusion opportunities through football as a Football Development Officer or supporting the Football Development and Football Services team as a Business Administrator, depending on the role that you apply for. All jobs will be based at our County Football Association offices in Nettleham, near Lincoln.

The successful applicant will need to be passionate and committed to the development of football at a local level; be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. They will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service, be able to work as part of a team with excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.
